Order Processing

Orders are confirmed by email as soon as they are placed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
 

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 6 to 14 business days within Canada and the United States. These estimates exclude processing time and may run longer during peak periods or where customs clearance is required.

Split Shipments

A single order may arrive in separate shipments on different days. You will receive a tracking link for each shipment as it is dispatched.
 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
 

Delays, Lost & Undelivered Orders

If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and our partner.

PAIZE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or delivery details entered incorrectly at checkout.
 

Incorrect Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and undelivered orders returned to sender may incur a reshipping fee.
