A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update once collected by the carrier.

Measure your dog's neck and chest and compare them against the size guide on each product page. If your dog sits between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our team is happy to advise if you send us their measurements.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Processing typically takes 1-5 business days, with delivery up to 14 business days depending on your location.

If you or your pet isn't completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Custom engraved items are final sale. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Wipe webbing and hardware with a damp cloth and air dry away from direct heat. Leather should be cleaned gently and conditioned occasionally to keep its finish. We do not recommend machine washing.

If your order has not yet entered fulfilment, we can usually change or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 1 hour of ordering.

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. Any duties, taxes, or import fees levied on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
