Fit checks before the first walk in rain
The coat reaches from the base of the neck to the base of the tail without catching at the legs.
Your dog can sit, climb stairs and lower its head to sniff without the hem pulling.
The hood folds back clear of the eyes when it is not needed.
Take the coat off indoors, and never leave a coated dog in a warm room or a parked car.
Raincoat safety, plainly. Weatherproofing should never come at the cost of a dog's freedom to move.
Every seam sits flat against the coat, with nothing to rub behind the front legs.
Fastenings are checked by hand before an order is packed.
If a snap, zip or seam ever gives way, write to us and we will put it right.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery within 5-12 business days depending on your location.
If you or your pet isn't completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days.
Custom engraved collar is final sale. No returns or refund on this item.
The first return on each order is free.
Refund for packages lost in transit.
Refund if items arrive damaged.
Refund if not delivered after 30 days.
How do I find the correct size for my pet?
Please refer to our detailed sizing guide on the product page. We recommend measuring your pet's neck or chest circumference with a two-finger gap for a calm, comfortable fit.
If your dog is between two sizes, we suggest choosing the big one for your puppy, loose-fitting clothing may let dogs feel well.
Is this material truly waterproof?
The high-grade synthetic fabric ensures complete protection against the elements.
The moisture-wicking finish ensures the coat dries rapidly after a walk.
Is the sizing flexible?
The cut provides a relaxed fit suitable for various breeds and proportions.
How is the quality of the print?
High-durability pigments prevent fading and maintain a sharp, clean finish.
